| Chocolate Fondue (Makes 2 cups) There are many chocolate fondue recipes that are more complicated, but none more delicious than this one. It’s the perfect dessert because each person gets to dip in the yummy chocolate fondue as many or as few times as they wish. Of course, I’m very partial to the no nonsense ingredient list.1/2 cup heavy cream 1. Put heavy cream and corn syrup in heavy saucepan or microwave-safe 1 quart measurer. 2. Heat over very low heat or on 50% power in the microwave oven until melted, stirring very often. 3. Add milk chocolate morsels and heat and stir until chocolate is melted. 4. Add vanilla or pepper mint extract. 5. Spear small pieces of fresh fruit or angel food or pound cake cubes and dip into chocolate fondue.
