Gingered Fruit (Serves 6) This lovely trio of fruit is one of my favorite ways to combine these three popular fruits. You’will usually find fresh ginger in the produce section of the grocery store. Just peel off the skin and grate before adding to the other ingredients. 2 medium red eating apples, cored and sliced or cubed 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine apples, oranges and bananas. 2. Add orange juice and grated ginger. 3. Cover and chill two hours, to develop flavors, if time permits. |
