Marinated Beef Kabobs for Grilling (Servers 12) Grilled kabobs are the ultimate entrée when it comes to portion control and easy summertime entertaining. These kabobs can be assembled and refrigerated before guests arrive; then grilled just before serving time. Remember that beef cubs pushed close together will be cooked rare while those farther apart will be more well done. 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into cubes Whole mushrooms Red or green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares 1. In deep bowl or resealable plastic bag set upright in a bowl, combine
vegetable oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
