Yogurt Ambrosia (Serves 6-8) Traditionally, ambrosia is a mixture of fruit and coconut. This version is so versatile it could easily double as a dessert. 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained 1. In large bowl, combine drained oranges and pineapple with grapes, banana, marshmallows, coconut and almonds. 2. Fold in yogurt. 3. Chill, it time permits. 4. Garnish and serve. |
