| Glazed Salmon (Serves 4) Here is a simple tasty way to prepare salmon. The smoke-like flavor comes from ground cumin. It’s an easy recipe to cut in half when serving just two. 4 (6-oz.) salmon fillets 1. Place salmon on parchment lined or greased 7x11-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Combine brown sugar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and cumin; spoon mixture over filets. 3. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
