Asparagus with Toasted Pecans (Serves 3-4) “On a busy day when you’re in need of a quick asparagus
garnish, try this pleasing pecan idea. As with most toppings,
the recipe doubles or triples easily. 1. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water until crisp tender. Drain well. 2. Melt butter in small skillet; add pecans 3. Cook and stir pecans until they are toasted. 4. Garnish cooked asparagus with toasted pecans.
